It’s difficult to have never heard of a pub quiz while being in the UK. Is that1game just another one of them?
Despite having some similarities – for example, that1game is also hosted in a pub – there is so much more to our events! A huge screen with a colourful Power Point presentation, professional hosts and upbeat music, different types of questions and rounds to challenge your brain, well-deserved prizes, and like-minded people around!

A quiz-type event in London in teams of 4-7 people (compete to win prizes)
Come as a team, or alternatively you can come individually or in a group of 2-3 – a team will be created with other players just for you

How do i take part?
You don't need to have any prior quiz experiences or be an intellectual genius to play that1game.
The equipment will be provided for you, all you need to do is register for a game and turn up in good spirits!
that1game is played in teams of 4-7 people. However, if you don't have a team to play with, sign up individually and we'll help you organize a brand-new team on the spot!

Game flow
Every game has 6-8 rounds with 6-12 questions each.
There is a 15-minute break every 2-3 rounds to relax for a bit, order a drink and do some networking.
A table of results showing each team's position on the competition board is displayed after every break and at the end of the game.

Admittedly, that1game is a team activity.
But if you don't have a team, don't worry!
Register to a game and come by yourself or in a group of 2-3 and let us form a brand-new team - a perfect opportunity to meet new peope and make friends!

Our rounds
Each game typically consists of 7 rounds. By rounds we mean themed clusters of (usually 6) questions, each round has its own rules and regulations.
Our rounds mainly differ by question difficulty, question type (text, photo, audio, video and many more), the number of points you get for each correct answer and time you have to come up with one (30-60 seconds).

Our questions
Our questions are diverse and focus on such areas as cinematography, literature, art, news, music, food, common sense & logic, nature etc.
There will be text, video, audio, picture, rebuses, crosswords, charades, and many other types of questions!
The game starts with relatively simple questions and they become more difficult as the game progresses.
